Concept project  ·  Northlight is not a real clinic. No treatment is offered and no clinician is represented. A demonstration piece by River Cade Concepts.

Treatments

Described by the concern, not the product.

Patients arrive with a concern, not a brand name. Each entry says what can reasonably be improved and what cannot.

Skin quality and texture

Tone, pore appearance, roughness and dullness. The area where a considered skincare routine usually outperforms anything done in a clinic, and where we most often recommend waiting.

Pigmentation

Sun damage and uneven tone. Improvable, slowly, and entirely dependent on daily protection afterwards. Without that, any result reverses.

Lines at rest and in movement

Different problems needing different answers. Lines that appear only on movement respond well; lines etched at rest are a longer, partial conversation.

Volume and structure

The area with the greatest capacity to go badly. Approached conservatively, in stages, with a review between each. We decline more requests here than anywhere else.

Scarring

Improvement rather than removal. We will say plainly what proportion of improvement is realistic before anything is booked.

Concerns we refer on

Anything that is dermatological rather than aesthetic, anything requiring surgery, and anything where the underlying wish is not something a clinic can supply.

A necessary note

Nothing here is medical advice.

Northlight is a concept project. It has no clinicians, no licence and no patients. The descriptions above are design work written to demonstrate how a careful clinic might communicate — they are not clinical guidance and must not be relied on.

No outcome, success rate, duration or result is claimed anywhere on this site, and none should be inferred.

Every one of these starts the same way.

With a consultation, an examination, and a written plan you take away and think about.
